1. Agreement
By engaging PipelineOps ("we", "us", "our") for services or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
PipelineOps provides AI-assisted lead pipeline and outreach management services for med spa businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for your engagement will be outlined in a separate written agreement or proposal.
3. Payment
Fees are due as specified in your service agreement. The Pilot Setup fee is a one-time charge due prior to commencement. Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as otherwise stated in writing.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate business information and timely access to required systems
- Comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations, in connection with outreach activities
- Obtain any required consents for contacting prospects in your jurisdiction
5. Intellectual property
Content, sequences, and systems we build for you are licensed to you for use during the engagement. We retain ownership of our underlying methodologies and tooling.
6. Results disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, appointment volumes, or revenue results. Pipeline performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your offer, pricing, and market conditions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PipelineOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for breach of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law provisions.
