By using PipelineOps ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms.

Services

PipelineOps is a self-serve lead pipeline automation platform for service businesses. The Service includes lead management, automated follow-up sequences, CRM integrations, and reporting dashboards.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Billing

Free plans have no charge. Paid plans (Starter, Pro) are billed monthly via Stripe. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds for partial months.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR), or to interfere with the operation of the Service.

No Guaranteed Results

PipelineOps provides tools to manage and automate your lead pipeline. We do not guarantee specific lead volumes, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes.

Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to PipelineOps. If you cancel your account, you may export your data before deletion. We reserve the right to delete data from inactive free accounts after 12 months of inactivity.
